At Ecareer, we are looking for a recruiter driven by sales, trust, and results, who wants to contribute to strengthening Sweden's competence through sharp recruitments of senior specialists and leaders in everything from IT to nuclear power.

The role in brief

As a recruiter with us, you will work with the entire chain – from the first customer contact to signed agreement and filled position. You will be a key player in strengthening our clients' competitiveness with the right competence.

You will, among other things:

  • build and develop client relationships and create new business

  • drive recruitment processes for senior profiles (specialists, managers, key roles)

  • work proactively with search/headhunting and create candidate pipelines

  • maintain high quality in requirement profiles, selection, interviews, reference checks, and matching

  • be an advisory partner to clients in everything from competence needs to market conditions

We believe you have

  • experience in recruitment, search, consulting/staffing industry, or B2B sales (you can come from different backgrounds)

  • experience communicating professionally with senior candidates and decision-makers

  • good structure and ability to drive multiple processes in parallel

  • fluent Swedish and good English
