Responsibilities

In your role as Application Consultant/Product Specialist, you will work with the financial programs within our business system Aveny, which is used by thousands of users from over 300 units across Sweden.

Your first time – get to know the system in depth

You will begin your journey with us in support, where you provide our customers with qualified specialist support regarding the system's various components: accounting, monitoring and analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable with orders and invoicing, asset accounting, and budgeting.

The support questions vary, which allows you to quickly learn both the system and a lot about our customers' operations. You will have experienced colleagues to support you in resolving cases, as well as a mentor.

As you grow in the role – broaden your skills

As you become comfortable in support, you will have the opportunity to take on smaller consulting assignments for a few hours and conduct shorter training sessions for a small number of people. It may also involve accounting assignments at the customer. You will also get to try development tasks and participate as a requirements specifier.

In the long term – a broad specialist role

The role will grow over time to include larger consulting assignments, longer training sessions for larger groups, and an increased focus on program development through requirements specification and testing. The proportion of support will decrease over time, but support will still be part of the role, as will any accounting assignments at the customer. You will become a versatile specialist with a central role in the development of Aveny.

Our customers are located all over Sweden, so domestic travel may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

· is an economist or equivalent, with at least 3 years of work experience in finance.

· has good knowledge of ongoing bookkeeping, budgeting, year-end closing, and annual reports.

· has experience planning their own work.

· expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work.

· enjoys speaking in front of a group.

· is driven to provide good service.

It is an advantage if you have experience in product development, the Church of Sweden, and/or roles as an accounting assistant or controller. As a person, you are outgoing and social with a strong drive to learn new things. Humility and customer focus are highly valued within the company.

You enjoy meeting end-users and like collaborating with others in a team to find the best solutions and share your knowledge. You also appreciate having a lot of personal responsibility and driving your work independently.

Work extent: Full-time

Employment form: Permanent after a 6-month probationary period
