We have several start dates planned between April 20 and July 20. Whether you want to start soon or a bit later, we would love to hear from you!

As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming calls where you assist PostNord's customers with various types of inquiries, such as:

📦 Package tracking

🔍 Lost shipments

📝 Complaints

🪪 Questions regarding identification

🚚 General questions about mail, deliveries, and distribution

You will analyze the customer's situation and guide them to a solution in a pedagogical, engaging, and professional manner. This is a job where you truly make a difference while also building valuable skills for the future 💪

Monday–Friday: 08:00–18:15 (During holidays, opening hours may temporarily extend, for example until 20:00.)

💵 The starting salary for the position is approximately 21,000 SEK per month, excluding any overtime compensation
