Bildexperten is a family-owned business, specialized in School Photography & Sports Photography.
We photograph tens of thousands of children and youth across the country each year, from Malmö in the south to Sundsvall in the north.
As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and issues via phone and email.
We are now looking for someone who is driven, accustomed to juggling multiple tasks, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where everyone helps to provide our customers with the best possible service.
Other administrative tasks may occur.
Are you the one we are looking for?
You have high social competence, are positive, and service-oriented.
You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You are computer literate and enjoy working in different systems.
Other language skills in commonly spoken languages are an advantage.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
