Responsibilities

  • Strengthen our market presence and increase sales in Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark) with the goal of becoming the "Supplier of Choice" in blasting media, tools, and technical solutions.
  • Drive growth initiatives in line with Winoa Group's global strategy.
  • Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies for our product lines.

Your Main Responsibilities & Activities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and technical services.
  • Cultivate and develop relationships with customers through regular customer visits.
  • Be responsible for the entire sales cycle: from needs analysis and pricing/negotiate to contract management.
  • Act as technical and commercial support for customers.
  • Use your expertise in foundries, air blasting, wheel blasting, and surface preparation to work closely with the customer on process optimization and improving total operating costs.
  • Be responsible for sales forecasts, market analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in selling technical products to industrial customers.

Technical background in:

  • Machine and spare parts manufacturers (especially blasting equipment).
  • Foundries or forging industry.
  • Sales of technical consumables to industry.
  • Swedish and English are required.
  • Knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian is a big plus.
