Job Description We are now looking for you who want to continue your journey in insurance and work with claims assessment cases within group insurance at one of the larger insurance companies in the market. The position is located in Gothenburg.

In the role of claims adjuster, you will independently handle and assess cases based on applicable insurance terms and procedures, with the goal of ensuring customers receive prompt and accurate assistance. You will manage and communicate via phone and digital channels with customers, advisors, and lawyers, as well as collaborate closely with other colleagues in the team. Your main responsibilities include:

• Adjusting claims within a specific insurance area, which includes both customer contact and administration/handling.

• Managing customer contacts via phone and digital channels.

• Collecting documentation, investigating, and assessing cases.

• Ensuring that claims adjustment is conducted in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Experience working in insurance and/or claims adjustment.

• Experience in qualified administration and customer contact.

• Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
