We are looking for an experienced and dedicated car damage advisor for a repair shop for our client in Gothenburg

Would you like to work as a car damage advisor at a repair shop in Gothenburg? Our client is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented damage advisor for their facility. You are the person who sits at the front and meets the customer directly. You follow the customer and the car from start to finish, including customer meetings, damage inspections, calculations, planning in the workshop, invoicing, etc. In this role, you work closely with customers, the workshop, and insurance companies to ensure efficient damage processes and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities for Damage Advisor

• Welcome and assist customers with damage cases, both in person and via phone/email

• Conduct customer conversations and provide advice on damage management, repair times, and compensation issues

• Perform damage inspections on collision-damaged cars

• Collaborate with the damage inspection and workshop teams to plan and follow up on repair flows

• Communicate with insurance companies, create damage reports, calculate and ensure accurate damage estimates according to Cabas

• Manage estimates, approvals, and update customers and insurance companies throughout the process

• Document cases and time in our digital systems and ensure that the information is complete and accurate

• Participate in improvement work regarding customer processes, workshop flows, and digital work tools

Qualifications and who we are looking for

• Experience in damage repairs, customer reception, and insurance administration is required. A technical background in vehicles is highly advantageous.

• You are accustomed to working in Cabas and being able to plan in Cabplan is a basic requirement; CVDA certification is strongly preferred

• Good understanding of the damage process, vehicle parts, and repair methodology

• Service-oriented, communicative, and used to handling multiple cases simultaneously

• Structured and meticulous with documentation and administrative routines

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form; English is advantageous

• Good computer skills and experience with digital workshop systems

• Driving license B is advantageous
