We are a central HR department within the municipal management administration that delivers services professionally to the organization. The purpose is to enable effective and professional processes so that managers can exercise safe, clear, and courageous leadership. Job Responsibilities

The role of HR Specialist with us involves a broad and independent scope of work. You will report to the HR manager, and the position will be directed towards one of our departments. You will participate in the management team of the organization as needed, actively engaging in relevant HR issues.

The role of HR Specialist is broad, and you are expected to support managers in areas such as leadership, rehabilitation, competence supply, salary formation, labor law, and union cooperation and negotiation. The work is varied and conducted independently with a lot of personal responsibility. HR has a strategically central mission, and we actively work to develop our overarching HR processes across all HR areas. Together, we continuously work with a shared holistic approach based on our professional judgment.

Qualifications

To thrive with us, you are a change-oriented person with good organizational skills. You appreciate conducting independent and operational work where you, with your expertise, empower the municipality's managers based on applicable strategies, legislation, and governing documents.

You get things done and work in a professional and value-creating manner. You have a desire to develop the processes you work with and see continuous learning as a given. Furthermore, you are good at building trusting relationships with managers, employee organizations, and colleagues in the organization.

You have an education in human resources and labor science or another equivalent bachelor's degree that the employer assesses as equivalent, and you speak and write fluently in Swedish. You have experience in operational HR work.
