We are looking for an experienced resource to support a municipal operation in updating a strategic water supply plan. The assignment involves collecting and structuring relevant data, analyzing the current situation and needs, and producing an updated planning document that can be used as a decision-making and governance document.

You will work closely with relevant stakeholders and ensure that the content of the plan is clear, anchored, and adapted for municipal governance and long-term community planning.

• Update and further develop a strategic water supply plan based on existing material and new needs.
• Collect, compile, and quality assure data from relevant functions and sources.
• Conduct a current situation analysis and identify risks, vulnerabilities, and development needs related to water supply.
• Produce structured planning documentation with goals, priorities, and recommended actions.
• Support dialogue and anchoring with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

• Documented experience in developing or updating strategic plans, governance documents, or similar materials.
• Strong ability to analyze, structure, and formulate clear decision-making documents.
• Experience working in or with public sector/municipal organizations.
