About the Position

Are you social, outgoing, and cheerful? Do you enjoy service and have previous experience working as a receptionist?

Then we at Uniflex are looking for you! We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist for our client in Gothenburg for a short-term assignment. The job is scheduled during daytime from Monday to Friday.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will be working in our client's reception located in central Gothenburg. At the client's site, you will sit in a busy reception where people from all over the world come to visit. During your workday, you will staff the reception as well as their switchboard. You will welcome external and internal visitors, assist them with their various inquiries, answer phone calls, book taxis, and always be ready to help and solve visitors' problems.

The assignment will start immediately and last until March 16. Selection is ongoing, so the position may be filled before the application period has ended.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, flexible, and unpretentious in their work. You enjoy meeting people and being the face of the company. You have previous experience in a service role, and it is certainly a plus if this has been in a reception/switchboard setting.
