Career Coach Wanted in Gothenburg

Arena Workforce is now looking for an additional team member for our office in Gothenburg to join the Rusta and Match team!

The position is full-time with immediate start or by agreement.

As a career coach, you will be responsible for preparing job seekers to find work or studies and matching them with employers. You will conduct assessments and assist job seekers with employer contacts and networking.

Who are you?

You preferably have a large personal network in and around Gothenburg and nearby areas or are willing to actively work on creating and maintaining employer contacts. It is an advantage if you have experience in coaching. You need to be comfortable working with computers and various systems.

Requirements

To be eligible as a coach in Rusta and Match, you must meet one of the following two criteria:

1) A university degree of at least 180 credits (120 points according to the previous system) and at least two years of full-time work experience (part-time employment can be combined if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two years).

2) At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade and at least three years of full-time work experience (part-time employment can be combined if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three years) in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

· Management with personnel responsibility.

· Recruitment.

· Transition work for job seekers.

· Study and career guidance.

· Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration).

· Work with labor and labor market issues.

· Work with social and group psychology.

· Career guidance.

Post-secondary education includes university education and various types of vocational training (e.g., KY and YH).
