About the Position
We are looking for two HR consultants for the Swedish Migration Agency in Gothenburg. We are seeking candidates with at least one year of recruitment experience within public sector and who have worked according to the Public Employment Act (LOA). You should also have experience working with psychological tests in the recruitment process.
The following tasks may be included in this position:
- Ongoing personnel administration
- Processing employment matters
- Working with rules and procedures regarding employment and workplace environment issues
- Working with rehabilitation issues
- Independently conducting recruitments
- Mapping the need for competence supply
- Manager support for development discussions and salary negotiations
- Participating in efforts to develop, relocate, and lay off staff.
Assignment Period and Scope:
The position as an HR consultant for the Swedish Migration Agency is a full-time consultancy assignment starting in March and is expected to last until the end of the year.
Requirements for the Position:
- University education, for example, a degree in human resources or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience from similar roles. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as an HR generalist or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.)
- Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.)
- Good understanding of laws and regulations in the HR field
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment within public sector and thus experience working according to the Public Employment Act
- Knowledge of and experience working with psychological tests

Meritorious for the Position:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment within public sector and thus experience working according to the Public Employment Act
