In this role, you will work closely with sales, project managers, and management and be a key person in the daily project work. You will be responsible for administrative processes, project planning, follow-up, and communication with internal and external parties – both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for sales and project planning
  • Planning and coordinating our technicians in connection with project activities, both in Sweden and internationally
  • Contact with customers in connection with project planning, both in Sweden and internationally
  • Support and assistance to the sales and finance departments

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative work and/or project planning
  • Very good ability to organize, plan, and prioritize
  • Good communication skills, mostly in writing (email), but also by phone
  • Fluent in Swedish and very good English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and/or other administrative systems

Personal qualities

  • Structured and meticulous
  • Independent but enjoys working in a team
  • Flexible and solution-oriented
