We need to expand our team with a personal assistant for a warm and positive woman who, after a brain tumor, lives with hemiplegia and uses a wheelchair. She is 60 years old, lives in her own apartment, and is looking for someone who wants to be a part of her daily life – a reliable and helpful friend who supports her in living a rich and independent life.

About the role

As an assistant, you will support her in all aspects of daily life, from cleaning, cooking, and shopping to helping with laundry, personal hygiene, and social activities. Sometimes there will be activities outside the home, so we hope you enjoy being social and flexible! Here, collaboration, creativity, and a pleasant, easy-going atmosphere are valued – your presence will be an important part of her security and joy in everyday life.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic manner. You are attentive, can take initiative, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. You are non-smoker! Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for someone who is positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a significant part of our client's life.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.

Working hours: Weekdays + weekends, day shifts

Working percentage: 80-100 %

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement and other compensation is in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date: Immediately, lasts as long as the assistance assignment continues.
