We are looking for a part-time evening and weekend personal assistant for a client

The client is a 33-year-old woman in Horred who has assistants around the clock. We specifically need to strengthen our pool of substitutes with part-time workers who can step in at short notice for evening shifts from 15:30 to 23:00. You will fill in when regular assistants are sick, but you can also be scheduled if you wish. You should also be able to step in for weekend shifts. Weekend shifts are from 7:00 to 15:30 or 15:30 to 23:00.

"I am looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and proactive. You are physically and mentally strong and can handle stressful situations. I am in a wheelchair and have seizures. I need help and support in my daily life. You should want to go for walks, cook, and come up with activities that brighten my everyday life."

You will work in a team with other assistants who all provide important support to create a pleasant environment. For each shift, there are two people with the client.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and positive. It is beneficial if you have a driver's license and your own car, as public transport to the client is limited. Male applicants are encouraged since many in the staff group are already women. However, we also welcome female applicants.

It is best if you live in Horred or Skene, Kinna, or nearby areas. You need to be able to get to work even when the bus is not running.

The position is available immediately, and you will shadow another personal assistant for a shift before you start.

We primarily seek those with previous experience in similar work, but personal suitability is the most important. You are positive, attentive, and structured. The work of a personal assistant requires initiative and a willingness to perform the usual tasks of the profession.

It is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis – first with the operations manager via a digital video meeting or phone meeting. After that, you will meet the client and the group leader.
