We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented Administrator for an assignment within a larger organization in critical infrastructure.

You will be part of a team working with administrative processes related to land agreements and coordination between internal and external parties. As an Administrator, you will work in a department/group responsible for administrative tasks and coordination of contacts with both internal and external stakeholders. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing agreements with landowners (sending out, following up, and receiving agreements)
  • Administering compensations to landowners (compensation for intrusion)
  • Registering cases with the Land Survey Authority and archiving in systems and projects
  • Being responsible for communication with landowners, utility owners, authorities, and other relevant parties
  • Collaborating with internal and external resources such as project managers, connection engineers, preparers, permit departments, and other relevant project members
  • Taking meeting notes and documentation
  • Contributing to the updating and development of routines and improving processes within the assignment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Post-secondary education or vocational training in a relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in similar administrative assignments
  • Ability to work independently within your area of responsibility
  • Very good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded
  • Enjoys having phone contact with external parties
  • Good system skills (MS Office, SharePoint, and other administrative systems)
  • Basic understanding of GDPR
