Job responsibilities
In the role of HR Manager and Operations Coordinator, you have a broad and operational key role that includes three main areas of responsibility: HR & employer issues, operations coordination & management support, and change management & development. You combine operational HR work with coordination and management support and ensure that decisions, processes, and changes have a real impact on the organization's daily operations.
You are responsible for ensuring that HR processes are followed and developed, including support for managers in recruitment, personnel administration, and salary issues according to collective agreements, as well as ensuring that policies, routines, and HR systems are appropriate and digitally supportive. The role also includes responsibility for co-determination negotiations, dialogue with employee organizations, and systematic work environment efforts in collaboration with the work environment committee, including psychosocial work environment and follow-up of employee surveys. You actively work with the HR annual wheel and internal processes to ensure continuity, follow-up, and development.
As a member of the management team, you actively participate in discussions and decisions, contribute with analysis and ideas, and act as a key person linking HR and operational issues to the management's strategic work. At the same time, you plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal forums, are responsible for documentation, follow-up of decisions, and preparation of materials, reports, and presentations. You drive change work through clear structure, communication, and follow-up, ensuring that new working methods and processes are implemented sustainably in line with the organization's needs.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR role
• Very good knowledge of labor law and collective agreement interpretation
• Experience leading co-determination negotiations and collaboration with union representatives
• Experience in salary mapping
• Experience working with change management and change processes
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of HR systems, particularly beneficial if you have worked in Heartpace
Preferred:
• Experience in HR work within non-profit and/or union activities
• Education in HR

The role requires you to be structured and meticulous, while also being flexible and solution-oriented in a day-to-day environment with rapidly changing priorities.
