Your new role
Now there is an opportunity to step in as a Project Controller and strengthen governance within a larger technical service unit responsible for critical IT operations.
The assignment involves establishing and developing a structured and systematic business follow-up that provides management and leaders with clear, reliable decision-making support.
In the role, you are responsible for collecting, structuring, and analyzing business and financial data in close collaboration with the controller. You will monitor costs, budgets, outcomes, and resource consumption, as well as conduct forecasts and trend and scenario analyses. The results are translated into monthly reports, key figures, visualized dashboards, and decision-making support for steering and management groups. You will also identify deviations and risks and propose measures that contribute to more accurate governance.

Scope of the assignment: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Hybrid, with the possibility to work remotely 2 days a week.
Start: By agreement.
End: 2027-03-31, with an option to extend for 1+1 year.

To be successful in this role, you need
At least 8 years of work experience as a project controller, data analyst, or similar.
Work experience handling large data sets and advanced analysis.
Work experience in business governance within an IT operations environment.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Desirable: Experience from the public sector/authority.
As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and structured. You work independently, take responsibility for the whole, and are a clear and trustworthy communicator.
