About the Position

We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented administrator for Vattenfall in Solna. In this role, you will work with various administrative tasks to support a unit, department, or group. You will be an important addition to the team with your unpretentious approach and supportive work style. Your ability to maintain order, manage details, and create structure will contribute to an efficient and smooth workflow for the entire organization.

Typical Tasks:

  • Manage agreements with landowners (send, follow up, and receive)
  • Handle payments to landowners (compensation for land intrusion)
  • Manage registration with the Land Survey Authority and archiving in systems and projects
  • Handle communication with landowners, utility owners, authorities, or other parties where we follow up on the management of land agreements
  • Collaborate with internal/external resources such as project managers, connection engineers, preparers, the permits department, and other relevant project members as well as external contacts (landowners, forestry inspectors, municipalities, the Land Survey Authority, etc.)
  • Contribute to updating and developing routines for the assignment as contract manager and contribute to process development by suggesting improvements and participating in development work.

Assignment Period and Scope

The position of administrator is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on 2026-03-02 and is expected to last until 2026-09-30. The work will be performed on-site at the office in Solna, with the possibility of remote work up to two days a week.

Requirements for the Position:

  • Vocational training or post-secondary education
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative work
  • Good system proficiency with experience in the systems SOS, Sharepoint, and the Office suite.
  • GDPR knowledge
  • Experience in writing minutes
  • Experience in coordinating and developing routines within an organization

About You

To thrive in this role, we believe you are independent, curious, and can work autonomously. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing and are not afraid to make phone calls. You work meticulously and detail-oriented, while also being service-minded and structured. Additionally, you have experience leading and coordinating development within the organization.
