The offices are located in Liljeholmen with good communication options. Once on site, you will receive an introductory training and become part of a large team. Your work as a support technician will involve answering calls and helping colleagues with IT issues, such as software/hardware, permissions, and more. As you learn more, you will be assigned more responsibilities in accordance with the helpdesk's development plan.

In addition, we offer permanent employment with a collective agreement, fixed salary, and good conditions. You have us close at hand to answer your questions, support you, and help you feel comfortable.

We prefer that you have worked with the phone as a tool, perhaps in customer service, telemarketing, or reception. If you have experience in problem-solving/troubleshooting, that is interesting. You may have attended IT or technical high school, but more importantly, you enjoy talking to and helping people.

• Experience in Reception, Telemarketing, Support, Customer Service, or other roles involving customer contact via phone, chat, or email.

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

• Availability to work 8-5 or 7-4 on weekdays

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is important to have an attitude of wanting to learn and enjoying problem-solving, as a large part of your job will involve this. You should also enjoy talking to people via phone, chat, and email. You thrive with colleagues around you but can also work independently.
