We are now looking for a junior bank advisor for one of our clients in the banking and finance sector. The position is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to develop in advisory, customer service, and finance.

As a bank advisor, you will provide private customers with professional and trustworthy advice regarding the bank's products and services. You will receive thorough training and ongoing support to grow into the role.

• Provide advice on savings, loans, insurance, and everyday finances
• Assist customers with accounts, payments, and digital services
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
• Work towards set goals for customer satisfaction and quality
• Ensure that the work complies with regulations and internal procedures

• Post-secondary education in economics, finance, or equivalent is an advantage
• Interest in economics and financial services
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Service-oriented and communicative

Meritorious

• Experience in customer service or sales
• Knowledge of banking and financial products
• SwedSec license or willingness to obtain a license

You are trustworthy, meticulous, and have a genuine interest in helping customers make informed financial decisions. You are goal-oriented, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
