Customer Service Representative – Central Stockholm
Our client, an innovative tech company in AI solutions, is now seeking a service-oriented customer service representative who wants to work in central Stockholm. Here you will assist users from around the world with questions regarding their AI tools – primarily in English.
About the Role
In the role of customer service representative, you will handle incoming:
- Phone calls
- Chat
You are responsible for providing professional and clear support, as well as guiding users on how to use the company's AI services.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions via phone, chat, and email
- Assist users in how to use the AI tool (in English)
- Troubleshoot and manage cases effectively
- Ensure a positive customer experience in every contact
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience in customer service or a similar service role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work on-site in central Stockholm
Working Hours
Scheduled work between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
