Are you a service-oriented customer service representative who enjoys interacting with customers? At Manpower, we are now looking for a dedicated and structured customer service representative for a longer consulting assignment in Stockholm with our client. Here you will have a developing role where you will daily assist residents in two municipalities with questions related to waste, billing, and subscriptions. Does this sound like something for you? Start: As soon as possible or by agreement
Assignment length: Consulting assignment for approximately 12 months, with the possibility of extension
Additional information: Consulting hiring to cover parental leave. Working hours 7-16, Mon-Fri. 100% on-site with the client.
About the job as a customer service representative
In the role of customer service representative at Manpower with our client, you will work with incoming customer contact regarding waste issues, subscriptions, and various administrative matters. You are an important part of the client's service function and handle both calls and emails from residents in Solna and Vallentuna municipalities. The role suits you who thrive in a communicative and varied workday where service and accuracy are at the center.
You will work in several operational systems and manage cases related to order placement, deviations, complaints, and billing inquiries. The work also involves close collaboration with internal colleagues and other departments.
Common tasks include:
- Answer incoming calls from customers in Solna and Vallentuna.
- Handle questions about waste, subscriptions, and service offerings.
- Administer orders and cases in several internal and external systems.
- Work with follow-up before billing.
- Handle complaints and deviations.
- Respond to incoming emails.
- Contribute to high customer service at all contact points.
The candidate we are looking for
We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service who enjoys a role that combines customer contact, administration, and problem-solving. You are structured, attentive, and have a good ability to navigate different systems. As a person, you are service-oriented, resilient under stress, and have a natural ability to meet customer needs.
To thrive in the role, it is important that you are meticulous, communicative, and enjoy working in a team where you support each other. We value that you have an interest in customer relationships and that you feel confident handling different types of inquiries, even under higher case loads.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in service and customer contact.
- Has good administrative skills and is quick to learn different systems.
- Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Meritorious:
- Experience from customer service with a focus on order, invoice, and complaint handling.
