You are responsible for the entire deal – from the first contact to the signed agreement. You prospect, qualify, drive the dialogue, handle objections, and close.
This is a role for you who enjoys clear goals, a fast pace, and full ownership of your pipeline.
Your mission
Build and own your own pipeline
Identify and contact new decision-makers
Drive the entire sales process from meeting to closure
Understand the customer's business in depth – and connect our offering to concrete business value
Challenge the customer's current situation and create clear urgency
Achieve and exceed set sales targets
You will succeed here if you:
Have experience in B2B sales with your own budget responsibility
Are comfortable in dialogue with CEOs, founders, and management teams
Are structured and disciplined in your sales work
Understand that activity + quality = results
Have high energy and a natural drive to close
Are motivated by performance, commission, and growth
