In this role, you have overall responsibility for the business. You drive your own customer dialogues from initial contact to contract, and subsequently ensure successful delivery by personally managing the recruitment process and staffing. You build relationships with both clients and consultants, thriving in a daily routine where pace, quality, and results go hand in hand.
This is a role for you who wants to work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues, focusing on growth, quality, and long-term relationships, while also enjoying contributing to improvements and new initiatives.
Your main responsibilities:Identify and develop new client partnerships within your business area
Drive the entire sales process: needs analysis, quotation, contract, and follow-up
Responsible for the entire delivery: recruitment, selection, interviews, and placement
People management of consultants
Take responsibility for results and delivery in your accounts
Contribute to developing working methods and driving new projects that move the company forward
Result-oriented, social, and business-driven with a genuine commitment to people. You enjoy building relationships, taking ownership, and getting things done. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and step up when it gets tough.
Experience from staffing or consulting is advantageous (especially in operational sectors like logistics/industry/motors), but not a requirement. If you have the right drive, we support you with structure, tools, and training to succeed.
We believe you have:Experience in sales, preferably B2B
Experience driving processes from start to finish
Strong communication skills and an ability to build trust
Advantageous: recruitment/delivery responsibility, people management, or experience in operational sectors
