We are looking for someone driven by sales, who thrives both on customer visits and in the showroom, and has a genuine interest in coffee and the craft behind it. Is that you? Then we think you should start working with us at rRebel.
Full-time, Stockholm Hökarängen
We continue to grow, and now it is time to find our next salesperson. You will work with both B2B and B2C sales and represent some of the strongest brands in the coffee market. The role is broad and combines proactive sales, customer relations, and work in our showroom.
You will work closely with our sales team and, together with the Head of Sales, drive and develop our business forward – both strategically and operationally.
About the role:
We are looking for a driven, self-starting, and social salesperson who wants to help develop rRebel's business in Sweden and contribute to our continued growth in the Nordics.
You are comfortable taking personal responsibility, planning your day, and working towards clear goals. At the same time, you are a team player who thrives in a tight-knit team where we support each other and develop together.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive sales to new customers
- Conduct customer visits and build long-term relationships
- Follow up and develop collaborations with retailers
- Train retailers and customers on products and range
- Receive and guide customers in our showroom
- Execute and develop sales strategies together with the Head of Sales
- Participate in and lead sales meetings
- Administer the business from quote to invoice
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
- Strong ability to work independently and with a focus on goals
- Experience from the coffee industry or product range is an advantage
- Interest in coffee and product range
- Used to working with customer relations and building long-term business
- Good communication skills and social confidence
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Fluent Swedish and good English
Employment type and scope
The position is full-time with a desired start date in September. The interview process is ongoing during May and June.
We apply a 6-month probation period, after which the employment will become permanent, if both parties agree.

This is rRebel
rRebel started in Sweden in 2021, and our founders have over 15 years of industry experience. rRebel exists in Norway (2007) and Denmark (2015). Our primary task will always be to deliver the best coffee equipment to businesses and private individuals, where the meeting between the human and the coffee is always in focus.
We have our office and showroom in Hökarängen, Stockholm, and today we are seven people working together. With humility and curiosity, our shared vision is that every coffee experience should be something special, and we help create that regardless of our roles or tasks at rRebel. With many years in the industry and a lifelong love for coffee, our goal is to help Sweden with the right coffee equipment, which we do by, among other things, only delivering the best from the market.
We work with sales, installation, and service of professional espresso machines from La Marzocco, grinders, and other coffee equipment from brands such as Poursteady, Mazzer, Mahlkönig, and TONE.
