B-Driver/Warehouse Worker in Södertälje

Lundagrossisten was founded in 1977 and operates B2B sales of products within heating, water, and sanitation. Today, we are one of Sweden's leading plumbing wholesalers with an annual turnover of over 1.8 billion SEK and 240 employees. Our customers are exclusively professional pipe fitters with a large and continuous material need. We are represented from Malmö in the south to Gävle in the north through our 21 fully sorted pick-up warehouses with over 16,000 stocked items. We are currently in an expansion phase and therefore have a significant recruitment need.

At Lundagrossisten, you will learn an industry, a company, and a profession from the ground up, where practical work is combined with internal training in areas such as forklift driving, plumbing, and our business system. As a B-Driver/Warehouse Worker, you are expected to provide competent and friendly service during material deliveries with a B-license truck, but you will also work with all common warehouse duties such as order picking, receiving deliveries, and forklift operation. Over time, you are expected to grow into a sales role, where you process and administer orders for our visiting customers.

The position is a full-time role and offers good development opportunities, as Lundagrossisten's policy is to recruit internally for positions within sales, purchasing, marketing, IT, field sales, and site management. We strive for long-term employment relationships and are proud to say that since our founding in 1977, we have never laid off or furloughed any employee!

Relevant skills and prerequisites

A B-driver's license is required.

Plumbing knowledge and a forklift license are not requirements, but you must be motivated to acquire these skills through our internal training.

Scope Full-time

Employment Type Permanent position after a 6-month probation period

The starting salary is based on previous, relevant experience. Our goal is for all new employees to reach the knowledge level and competence of a technical salesperson within two years of work, thereby earning a monthly salary of 37,000 SEK. Thereafter, individual salary development occurs, based on your sense of responsibility and performance in the job.
