About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative in Uber's mobility business, you play a key role in driving the growth of new drivers across multiple markets. As an acquisition expert, you become Uber's representative in the market, ensuring that more drivers join the platform. You work both strategically and operationally — analyzing data, setting direction, building relationships, and driving business opportunities from first contact to onboarding. This is the role for you if you want to combine sales, strategy, market analysis, and stakeholder management in a fast-growing environment.
This is a consultancy assignment via Adecco, initially running for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The start date for the position is immediate.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze market data and trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement market strategies for different regions
- Build trust and long-term relationships with drivers and partners
- Conduct market visits and outbound calling campaigns to generate new drivers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new drivers
- Gather and report market insights to optimize strategies and business results
About You
We are looking for someone who wants to work in a company where you can develop and grow alongside the business. You are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous, with a natural ability to take initiative and find solutions.
- Sales-oriented and result-focused
- Analytical and strategic, confident in making data-driven decisions
- Organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple parallel processes
- Independent and proactive
- Strong communicator and skilled at building relationships with various types of stakeholders
- Experience in sales, customer contact, business development, or data analysis
Requirements for the Role:
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required
- Previous experience in a similar role within sales, preferably B2B, is advantageous
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car is advantageous
- Experience with systems such as Excel, Salesforce, SQL, or various AI tools
