Technical Sales Support for Pumps with a focus on Industry - Gothenburg or Upplands Väsby

At TSS, Technical Sales Support, we continue our journey of development and are now looking for you who want to be part of delivering the industry's best technical offers for industrial pumps. As we strengthen our processes, tools, and working methods, we are seeking a new colleague with an industrial focus.

About the role

As a Technical Sales Support specialist, you will become a central part of our team, ensuring that customers and colleagues receive the best possible technical offers and support. You will collaborate closely with the industrial sales team and maintain contact with our KSB factories and external suppliers. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Handling incoming pump inquiries, preparing offers, and providing technical support within the industrial sector to end-users, installers, consultants, technicians, and internal functions.
• Being product responsible for one or more products, acting as an internal and external ambassador for these products.
• Sharing knowledge and contributing to competence development within the team.
• Actively working on developing processes, tools, and routines as part of our continuous improvement efforts.

Your profile

For the role of Technical Sales Support, we are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and enjoys getting things done. You are positive, responsible, and business-minded, with a natural sense for service and customer value. As a person, you are communicative, analytical, and solution-oriented, and you thrive in a role that combines technology with sales, collaboration, and problem-solving. You may already be working in technical sales, or have experience with pumps and pump systems, and now wish to apply your knowledge in a more supportive role.

• Technical education or equivalent work experience within the pump industry.
• Good understanding of industrial systems, pumps, and valves.
• Previous experience with quotation work, technical support, and sales support from the industrial sector is considered an asset.
• Comfortable handling business systems, CRM systems, and the Office suite.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• A valid B-driver's license is required.
