Being an inside sales representative at Trecom is about understanding the daily lives of the people working at our corporate clients. We are all different and have different needs. We listen, get to know our customers, and identify their needs to provide neutral advice when procuring telecommunication solutions, whether it’s about extending an existing solution or when our customers are switching operators.

About the position

As an inside sales representative with us, you will be working with new corporate clients to sell/extend subscriptions, switches, and services from Tele2, Tre, Telenor, and Telia to new and existing customers.

In your role as an inside sales representative, your day will consist of the following

Prospecting

Reaching out to new customer contacts

Conducting sales calls

Wow service

You are responsible for the entire sales process, which means you develop and maintain business relationships, conduct needs analyses for customers, and act both as a seller and advisor for our corporate clients, remaining the customer’s point of contact. Of course, you are supported by colleagues and our award-winning support department and receive all the training and guidance you need to succeed with us.

Thanks to our collaboration with all major telecom operators, we can offer services that suit all customers regardless of size, industry, or needs.

We are looking for someone who

Preferably has a background in the telecom industry or experience in corporate sales.

You are a driven individual with a sense for business and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You have the ability to explain and understand customers' telecommunication solutions in a simple way and are driven by long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
