Are you a positive and communicative person who is passionate about service and wants to be part of the Nordic's largest circular marketplace? We are now looking for customer service representatives for Tradera!
Tradera is one of Sweden's most well-known marketplaces with over 3.6 million members and millions of daily visits. Every day, the customer service team helps both buyers and sellers succeed – and now we need reinforcement!
In this role, you will provide quick and professional support via chat, phone, and email. You will be an important part of a team that constantly improves the experience for users and contributes to Tradera's journey towards even more sustainable and circular trade.
Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at Tradera, you will among other things:
- Provide quick and quality support via chat, phone, and email
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through safe and professional communication
- Contribute to improving the chatbot, response templates, and internal routines
- Report bugs and recurring issues to enhance the quality of the platform
- Work towards clear goals for lead times, handling times, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in feedback sessions, knowledge sharing, and training
- Keep yourself updated on Tradera's products, services, and policies
This is a consulting position, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but work together with Tradera. You are expected to be able to work about 2-3 times a week during office hours. The planned start is in the spring of 2026, with the possibility of full-time work during July-August and extension into the fall.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Studying a post-secondary education of at least 50%, with at least 1 year left of your studies
- Have previous experience in customer service or another service profession
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English
- Have good computer skills and enjoy problem-solving
- Be positive, engaged, and have a strong desire to help others
- Take responsibility, be adaptable, and enjoy developing
- Work structured and accurately even when the pace is high
- Enjoy working both independently and in a team
It is a plus if you also have
- Experience from e-commerce, marketplaces, or tech companies
- Worked with private customers, corporate customers, shipping issues, or policy/security
- Interest in AI and new smart technology
- Good understanding of Tradera's products and services as an active user
