Are you a meticulous and independent payroll administrator who thrives in a role where you can take full responsibility? We are now looking for an engaged person who wants to become an important part of our client's payroll work.

As a payroll administrator at our client, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process – from start to finish. You will work broadly and variably with everything related to payroll management and become a key person in the financial flow. The role involves independent work, but also close collaboration with colleagues and managers in the organization.

Your responsibilities:

• Independently manage the entire payroll process from beginning to end
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and proper follow-up
• Handle discrepancies, reporting, certificates, and pensions
• Provide support to managers and employees in payroll-related matters
• Work on continuous improvements of routines and processes

The assignment is a full-time consultancy position, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but work at our client’s office in Alvik. The position is full-time with office hours, expected to start immediately and run for 6 months.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Several years of experience working independently with payroll administration from start to finish
• Post-secondary education in payroll, such as YH education, courses, or equivalent
• Good system skills and a strong interest in systems
• Experience with payroll systems is a plus – they work in Intly and have IFS as a pre-system, but you do not need to have worked in these specifically
• Meticulous, structured, and confident in your professional role
