About the Organization

The municipal land surveying authority (KLM) in Haninge is one of the country's 40 municipal land surveying authorities and a central part of the urban planning administration.

The authority consists of five employees plus a unit manager. We are a tight-knit and experienced team where legal issues are discussed openly, contributing to the growth of the group's competence.

Your Mission

As a land surveyor with us, you will independently handle land surveying matters of varying types and complexities. We have a wide range of cases, from property formation in a rapidly growing urban area to matters in rural areas or the archipelago. In addition to handling surveying matters, you will participate in the authority's other tasks, such as providing internal legal support within the municipality, responding to reviews and consultations in the detailed planning process, and offering advice and services to the public.

At a municipal land surveying authority, you have the opportunity to participate in the entire community building process, from planning to implementation. An important part of your tasks, in addition to handling land surveying matters, will be to contribute legal support in the development of new detailed plans.

Your Qualifications and Competence

You have a completed civil or university engineering degree in land surveying/urban planning or another relevant education that we consider equivalent. We prefer that you have experience in handling surveying matters but also welcome recent graduates to apply. It is an advantage if you have worked as a case handler and have both the ability and interest in surveying measurements.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, which means you have a focus on quality and engagement, a positive attitude, and contribute to the team's good collaboration. You enjoy working with property law issues and continuously develop your knowledge. We view positively your ability and interest in seeing the important role of the land surveying authority in the community building process.

In your daily work, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, and you need to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
