About the Job

As a corporate advisor, you will primarily work with incoming calls from both new and existing corporate customers. Your responsibility is to guide them in their insurance matters and offer tailored solutions based on their needs. The role also includes working with upselling, ensuring that customers get the full benefit of our comprehensive offerings in Insurance, Banking, and Life.

You will have a daily routine filled with customer contact and sales alongside engaged, goal-oriented, and wonderful colleagues. We work towards clear KPIs, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction and sales results. Self-leadership is an important part of the role – but it is through collaboration and team spirit that we achieve our common goals. With a professional approach and high engagement in every customer meeting, we work together towards our vision: to become Stockholm's most beloved company.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is confident in making their own decisions and has a strong inner drive. You are proactive, business-minded, and willing to act on your expertise. You thrive in phone meetings and have a genuine interest in both people and business affairs.

We also see that you have the following concrete experiences:

• Experience in sales
• Experience in insurance advisory for corporate clients

Meritorious are:

• IFU diploma in corporate insurance
• Knowledge in business economics and similar fields
