Sales Associate at Myrorna Sundbyberg

Are you passionate about customer service and sales and want to work in an organization that makes a difference for both people and the environment? We are now looking for a sales associate at Myrorna Sundbyberg.

As a sales associate at Myrorna, your main task will be to be available for customers, listen to their needs, and ensure that the store inspires purchases. The tasks include customer service, cashier duties, valuation, signage, physical and digital displays, stock work, unpacking goods, receiving merchandise, and cleaning.

Are you the one we are looking for?

To succeed in this role, you should have relevant retail experience, and we prefer that you have worked with the visual expression in the store to ensure an inspiring shopping environment through effective displays.

As a person, you easily absorb new information and knowledge, allowing you to quickly adapt to the role. You possess strong social skills and the ability to create good and trusting collaboration with your colleagues.

Since the conditions in the store can change from one day to another, it is important that you thrive in a dynamic environment. You are structured, independent, service-oriented, flexible, enjoy working at a fast pace, and can handle physically demanding work. Of course, you have a strong interest in fashion and interior design, and we assess that you need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Myrorna is affiliated with a collective agreement, and for sales associates, it is the retail agreement. The store consists of a staff group of 9 employees and several interns.

The position is permanent at 50%, with a probationary period applied. Start immediately, considering any notice period.
