Experienced Content Producer for Long-Term B2B Assignment in Stockholm Focused on Sustainability Communication and Digital Channels.

Do you want to shape clear and engaging B2B communication in a larger sustainability project in Stockholm? We are looking for an experienced content producer and editor for a qualified consulting assignment with a nationwide organization. Here, you will combine digital communication, web publishing in Optimizely, and professional English in a role with significant responsibility. You will work closely with experts and develop content for web, newsletters, and social media aimed at businesses and partners. The assignment gives you the mandate to drive a sub-area and ensure high quality in all deliveries. In the role of B2B Content Manager, content producer, and editor, you will be responsible for creating and developing business-oriented communication for professional target groups.

Your Employment Offer

This is a consulting assignment of 80 to 100 percent starting as soon as possible and running until September 30, 2026. You will work in a professional environment in central Stockholm alongside business developers, sustainability experts, and communicators. Here, you will combine operational production with responsibility for structure, quality, and development within your area.

The assignment is suitable for you who want to work independently, take ownership, and contribute senior expertise in an established organization with clear processes and high quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for producing, structuring, and publishing B2B content across several digital channels. You will work both operationally and quality-assuring.

• Write, edit, and structure content for web, newsletters, presentations, and social media
• Publish and update content in Episerver or Optimizely
• Produce and process English-language content at a professional level
• Adapt content according to channel, business goals, and B2B target audience
• Create simple infographics and visual support materials
• Edit and cut simple videos for web publishing
• Ensure tone, accessibility, and quality according to guidelines
• Collaborate with experts, communicators, UX, and designers
• Be responsible for delivery according to plan and report to the project manager

Worth Knowing

The assignment is located in central Stockholm and is carried out in close collaboration with a project group of about eight people consisting of business developers, sustainability experts, and communicators. The group has weekly work and review meetings. You will report to the project manager.

The role requires high competence in the field, four to eight years of experience as a consultant, the ability to take responsibility for a sub-area, and the ability to work independently.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone who is a self-sufficient and confident content producer with at least four years of experience in digital B2B communication. You are an excellent writer in English and can fluently write, edit, and understand advanced English-language material. You have documented experience with CMS, particularly Episerver or Optimizely, and are accustomed to structuring web content according to graphic guidelines and tone.

You have experience producing content for newsletters and social media within B2B and creating professional presentations with simple infographics in tools like PowerPoint, Figma, or Canva. It is a plus if you have worked with SEO, accessibility according to WCAG, and in larger organizations with complex processes. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, solution-oriented, and confident in suggesting alternative working methods when needed.
