Are you a service-oriented problem solver looking for an exciting and developing summer job?

We are seeking dedicated summer workers for our Contact Center team at Arlanda. The summer job runs from June to August with a full-time commitment, and training will take place during May.

What will you do?

As part of our team, you will be an important contact point for our customers and will work with service through several channels, including:

• Phone & Intercom

• Chat & Social media

• Announcements in the terminals

• Email & traveler feedback

In addition to customer contact, you will also:

• Monitor and troubleshoot our parking systems

• Handle service cases related to the airport's parking offerings

• Contribute to ensuring smooth travels for all our visitors

The work is system-intensive and requires you to quickly navigate between different digital tools. During certain periods, the pace can be high – but we ensure that you receive a solid introductory training of two weeks to feel confident in the role!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service, customer service, or coordination work

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English – additional languages are a plus

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience working with customer contact via phone, email, social media, or chat

• Experience working with computers and technical systems

You are also a calm and focused person who enjoys working in a structured manner, even during intense periods. Since the job involves shift work, including night shifts, you need to be able to get to Arlanda airport at any time of the day.
