Field Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Field Sales Representative with sales experience. We prefer that you have previously worked with technical products and have a strong interest in innovative products and solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Representative at Rexel, you will engage in proactive sales targeting electrical installers, industry, municipalities, state-owned companies, and other infrastructure companies. You will work with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a three-year high school diploma focused on electrical engineering or equivalent experience that we consider comparable. To succeed with us, it is important that you have a broad knowledge of the products in our industry. You are a passionate businessperson, and making deals is something you truly excel at. You have a broad financial competence and are accustomed to calculating and assessing business opportunities. We prefer that you have completed some form of sales training and/or have significant sales experience. You are familiar with the Office suite and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who is a born salesperson with a strong drive, being both task-oriented and solution-oriented. You are outgoing and social, with an ease in establishing contact with new people. You excel at creating long-term customer relationships that you maintain and develop over time. Together with your colleagues, you foster engagement and involvement with customers. As the industry is in constant development, a strong interest in innovative technical products and a desire to continuously grow and learn is essential. You enjoy working in a structured, independent, and free manner but understand the importance of being part of a team, both within the branch and in collaboration with other colleagues at Rexel.
