Do you want to work in a structured back-office role where service and accuracy are at the center? We are now looking for someone with customer service experience, preferably with experience in customer service via email, who enjoys an administrative role with clear routines. Phone calls may occur, but the focus is on handling cases and administration.

Job Description
As a customer service representative in our back-office team, you will work with managing incoming cases, administering mail and deliveries, and providing service primarily via email. You will work closely with a positive team but have a great deal of responsibility for your tasks. Our customer service team works in a service-oriented and responsive manner to ensure that not only our products but also our contact with us makes everyday life easier for our partners and end users.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive and manage submitted service cases
• Assist with questions regarding products, service cases, and deliveries
• Handle orders from B2B and B2C customers via phone and email
• Practical tasks such as package and mail handling
• Some customer contact via phone may occur
• Other administrative tasks related to the service flow
  

We are looking for someone who
- Enjoys having many contacts and has the ability to adapt your communication to different target groups

- Is meticulous and self-driven and enjoys working towards goals

- Is comfortable receiving information and making yourself understood (in writing and speaking) in English

- Can work with the Office package

- Has previous experience working in some form of customer service and is accustomed to using a computer as your primary working tool

- Experience with chat and previous experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus

- Does not need to have a technical interest, the most important thing is a sense of service and accuracy

About the Position
The position is 100% and is a temporary assignment starting in March and running until August 31, 2026. The position is full-time during office hours on weekdays without holidays. The work is based at our client's office located centrally in Solna Business Park with very good public transport connections.
