In the role of student consultant with our clients, the work takes place during weekdays in various locations in Greater Stockholm.

The tasks vary and may include:

• Welcoming visitors and answering various questions

• Mail handling

• Switchboard management

• Coordinating conferences

• Purchasing office supplies

• Other administrative tasks

We are looking for someone who...

• is a student at a university or college

• has previous experience in service or administration

• has a friendly, engaged, and professional attitude

• is fluent in Swedish and English

Scope: Hourly employment

Salary: Individual salary setting (Collective agreement Unionen)

Location: Greater Stockholm
