Customer Service Representative – Central Stockholm

Our client, an innovative tech company in AI solutions, is now looking for a service-oriented customer service representative who wants to work in central Stockholm. Here, you will assist users from around the world with questions about their AI tools – primarily in English.

About the Role

In the role of customer service representative, you will handle incoming:

  • Phone calls
  • Chat
  • Email

You are responsible for providing professional and clear support, as well as guiding users on how to use the company's AI services.

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions via phone, chat, and email
  • Support users in how to use the AI tool (in English)
  • Troubleshoot and manage cases efficiently
  • Ensure a positive customer experience in every contact

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of experience in customer service or a similar service role
  • Fluent English in both spoken and written form
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work on-site in central Stockholm

Working Hours

Scheduled work between 08:00–22:00.
