Are you a communicative and unpretentious person with an interest in finance and customer service? Do you want to be part of a well-known construction company operating throughout the Nordic region? We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking star for an assignment in our client's 1st Line support starting immediately!

The assignment starts immediately and runs until the end of August. You will be employed as a consultant at Randstad and work on-site at our client's modern offices in Solna.

Responsibilities

As 1st Line Support, you are the company's face towards the Finnish and Swedish markets. You handle inquiries via both phone and email and are the first point of contact for internal colleagues, external customers, and suppliers.

Your main tasks include:

• Handling inquiries regarding invoices, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Administering customer complaints, reminders, and financial transactions.
• Providing support in supplier invoicing systems and other financial programs.
• Delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment with many points of contact.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a person who thrives with the phone as your primary tool and is driven by solving problems. You are adaptable and navigate confidently in a dynamic environment with large information flows.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Fluent skills in Finnish and Swedish, both spoken and written (as you will support the Finnish operations). Good knowledge of English is also required.
• A high school diploma in finance. Post-secondary education (YH/University) in finance is an advantage.
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable as well as ongoing bookkeeping.
• You are self-driven, pedagogical, and take great responsibility for your own delivery and training.
