We are looking for an intern for an exciting and rewarding role as a Researcher at our newly opened office on Odengatan in Stockholm.

This is an internship where you will have the opportunity to learn and participate in Kraftsam's operations, while gaining exposure in the recruitment industry and insight into the Swedish market. The role may also provide opportunities for commission and additional work alongside the internship for those who show initiative.

Kraftsam, like many other recruitment companies, relies heavily on proactive contact with relevant candidates via phone, messaging, and email, which makes it advantageous if you have experience in, for example, telemarketing or another sales-related background.

During your internship, you will work as a researcher and support our recruitment consultants in their daily work. You will also have the opportunity to develop other skills, so we encourage initiative and asking questions. But we also believe that there are no stupid questions 😊

Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates in Kraftsam's database
• Schedule interviews
• Register and update CVs
• Post job advertisements on our website
• Conduct phone interviews
• Participate in interviews
• Reference checks
• Various other administrative tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor
