Your mission:

• Own the entire recruitment business – from the first client dialogue to signed candidate/consultant

• Be a strategic advisor to decision-makers and managers

• Ensure tempo in every step of the process

• Challenge requirement profiles that do not hold business-wise

• Build long-term client relationships through delivery, not promises

• Deliver precise matching – quickly

You will succeed here if you:

• Have experience in high-intensity recruitment with multiple parallel assignments

• Are comfortable driving dialogue with CEOs, founders, and managers

• Have strong business acumen and can connect skills to results

• Are structured, self-driven, and responsible

• Are motivated by growth, performance, and clear goals
