About the AssignmentDo you want to help shape the future digital infrastructure for Swedish healthcare? On behalf of the E-health Agency, we are now looking for two senior Technical Investigators (Level 4) to analyze needs and design the framework for a government e-identification for use in the service.
This is a strategic assignment where you will develop decision-making materials, preliminary studies, and recommendations for how a national identification solution should be implemented and function in a complex healthcare environment.
Main Responsibilities:Analyze requirements and needs for a government e-service identification.
Design technical and administrative frameworks for identity management.
Preparation of decision-making materials, reports, and recommendations for the agency's management.
Collaboration with external parties and monitoring of international standards (e.g., eIDAS and EHDS).
To be considered for the role, you must be a Level 4 consultant (9-12 years of experience) with high independence and documented experience in:
E-identification: At least 3 years of experience working with e-ID (private or service ID), of which 2 years in the last 7 years.
Investigative Work: At least 3 years of experience leading preliminary studies, investigations, and formal reporting.
Education: Degree in IT, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or Law.
Language: Fluent Swedish in speech and writing (requirement for regulatory authority) as well as good English.
We see it as a great advantage if you have experience in:
E-service identification specifically for professional use.
Identity management (IAM) within healthcare (e.g., SITHS, PDL).
eIDAS and/or EHDS (European Health Data Space).
Collaboration between large organizations/agencies.
Investigative work within the public sector.
Start: No later than April 1, 2026 (preferably earlier).
Duration: 12 months + option for 2 x 6 months.
Location: Stockholm or Kalmar (hybrid work is possible, but travel may occur).
