JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help develop our work with review and control? We are now looking for another business developer for our crime prevention department.

You will have the opportunity to be part of our transformation journey and contribute to the development and impact of our crime prevention work.

Your tasks

As a business developer with us, you will focus on review, risk-based selection, and method development.

You will primarily:

  • lead and coordinate development assignments related to review and selection processes; from exploratory phases to implementation and follow-up in the line organization.
  • develop and manage working methods, tools, and processes for risk-based selection to enhance the quality and accuracy of control operations.
  • be responsible for producing decision-making materials, reports, and presentations.
  • collaborate internally with the legal department for interpretation of legislation and how it should be implemented in business development.

You will have a developing job with engaged colleagues where specialist competencies meet and ideas and experiences are shared generously. We place great importance on well-being, openness, and a climate of innovation.

  • collaborative; you are unpretentious, easily collaborate, and work together towards common goals.
  • structured; you plan and organize your work well and meet deadlines.
  • confident; you have integrity, stand by your opinions, and have the courage to uphold your positions in your tasks.

You need to have high flexibility and initiative and enjoy a role where you have significant influence over your own operations.

In this role, you need to have:

  • a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, statistics, industrial economics, or computer science) or equivalent knowledge and experience that we assess as relevant.
  • several years of current experience in leading, driving, and implementing business development within public administration or the banking and insurance sector.
  • experience in practically implementing new working methods and leading various types of change work in larger organizations.
  • experience in producing qualified decision-making materials and reports.
  • experience in agile working methods.
  • very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically to different target groups, both orally and in writing.
