In collaboration with our client, we are now looking for a full-time receptionist for a company in central Stockholm. Here you will have a varied and dynamic workday in a professional and creative environment. The position is permanent with immediate start.

ResponsibilitiesAs a receptionist, you are a central point of contact for employees, visitors, and suppliers. You deliver high-level service, take responsibility, and enjoy a role with varied tasks while supporting where needed. You are proactive, see needs before they arise, and take your own initiatives to create a smooth and well-functioning work environment.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
Welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls and emails
Mail and courier management
Purchasing office supplies and ordering lunch, fruit, and coffee
Ensuring that office areas are representative and functional
Preparing premises and arranging catering for larger meetings and events
Administrative tasks related to the reception and office
We are looking for someone with experience in reception, office support, and administration, who thrives in a role with significant responsibility. You are positive, solution-focused, and appreciate a work environment where service and structure are central.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Previous experience in similar roles within reception or office support
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of the Office suite and experience working with administrative systems
The ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration with others
A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and good prioritization skills
Start date: Immediately
Extent: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8-17
Location: Central Stockholm
