About the Position At Middlepoint, we are looking for an office host for a short-term assignment! In this role, you will work with our client in Solna. As an office host in this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social and business-oriented environment. You will be part of a service team of two, where you will deliver world-class service to everyone you meet.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming employees and clients

• Diverse administrative tasks

• Phone and email communication

• Managing common areas, conference rooms, and catering

• Bookings and orders

• Mail handling and deliveries

• Key management and access card systems

• Switchboard and telephony

• Contact with suppliers

Requirements for the Position

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment

• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite

• Completed high school education
