We are looking for a COO for an open position in Stockholm. A unique opportunity to take a key role in a profitable, self-financed tech company with proven product-market fit – now in the starting blocks for an ambitious growth journey.

As COO, you have overall responsibility for the operational core business – that is, the delivery that creates customer value and revenue.

The role includes:

• Overall responsibility for operations, including customer relations, bid production, and central internal processes.

• Building and leading a team, from the current smaller organization to a scalable structure with significant growth in the number of employees.

• Process and business development, where you continuously improve working methods, structure, and quality as the company grows.

• Close collaboration with the technology function, where AI tools are developed and implemented to further streamline delivery.

This is an operational and entrepreneurial role. Initially, it means being deeply involved in the delivery to build understanding and create the right structure for scaling.

You will be part of the management team and help shape the company's strategic direction moving forward.

Profile

We are looking for a person with a proven track record of strong performance and high analytical capacity. You may have a background in management consulting, law, tech, or previous experience scaling a fast-growing company.
