We are now looking for a Coordinator/Nursing Assistant for HEMBO Home Care in Nacka. HEMBO has been operating in various locations across Sweden since 2005. At HEMBO, it is important to us that our clients feel seen and heard. Every individual is unique!

The position is full-time, and the role involves monitoring, controlling, and working within our systems. It is an exciting assignment with varied tasks such as client meetings, coaching employees, and administering schedules and time registrations.

As a coordinator, you are a key person in the daily operations of the business. You are flexible, meticulous, have an eye for detail, and a strong focus on quality!

The role of coordinator includes planning, scheduling, receiving assignments, planning interventions together with clients, and creating and following up on implementation plans, among other duties.

As a coordinator, you will be part of the business's quality council and participate in workplace meetings. You should be computer literate, proficient in Swedish both verbally and in writing, be a trained nursing assistant, and have experience working as a coordinator within home care services.

We use the planning system Carefox, receive assignments in Cobine, and register client visits in Phoniro.
